About 4 – H:
The LSU AG Center Website describes Louisiana 4-H as “the largest youth development program with clubs and groups in all sixty-four parishes. From food, fitness, fashion to computers, cows, and camping, there's a 4-H activity for everyone.”
Hicks High School students are actively involved in the 4-H program. Once a month, the elementary, junior high, and high school clubs meet and discuss an issue pertinent to their grade level.
When can students join?
Students are encouraged to join 4-H at the beginning of the school year. If a student transfers in during the school year, he or she can join 4-H at that time.
Is there a fee to join?
There is a $10.00 fee to join 4-H.
